Paper bag. Whole grain, not flour. Contains hard white wheat, hard red wheat, pearl barley, brown rice, triticale, rye and millet. Because this mix contains brown rice, extra care must be taken for storage. Brown rice often harbors rice weevils, tiny bugs much smaller than the rice itself. All life stages of the rice weevil can be killed by freezing to 0 degrees for three days.
