Beware that pantry moths and rice weevils love this stuff, too. Store in airtight container. Freezing at 0 degrees for 3 days will kill all active stages of the rice weevil. Freezing every couple months is a great preventative. The alternative of course is buying pesticide fumigated rice from the grocery store.
