Description
Paper bag, not flour. Kamut is another “ancient” grain recently cultivated in larger scale. It was supposedly found viable in one of the Egyptian pyramids. It is another grain that does contain gluten but is much easier to digest than regular wheat. It tends to be quite dense used alone but works great in combination with spelt or wheat. A great choice to add delicious, nutritious variety to your baked goods.
